If you have paid by VISA or Master Card, you will receive the official receipt via e-mail.
In case you choose other methods, please email or WhatsApp your bank slip to atingo@briatingo.com.
Your order will only be processed upon successful payment.

Please expect 7-10 working days (Mon – Fri) for standard delivery for in stock items.
Delivery to remote areas or outlying islands may require 1-2 additional working days.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our Online Shop (excluding sale items/ discounted sets), we offer an one-off free exchange for the items of the same brand that you purchase within 7 days upon order arrival.  Please visit for further information of Return & Exchange Policy.  Please note, return items must be in original condition and not show any signs of wear or use. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with conditions stated in “Return & Exchange Policy”.

Unfortunately, we don’t have resizing or engraving service at this moment.  Please bear in mind that if you modify the products purchased in our Online Shop, the warranty for the goods is automatically void.

To keep Jewellery in best condition, please take it off before you go to bed, and especially when swimming or bathing. This will prevent scratching, erode, damage or dirt build-up etc.
Sterling Silver will eventually tarnish with normal wear.  To clean, gently wipe with a jewellery polishing cloth, or clean with a soft toothbrush, gentle soap and water.  Any jewellery with an oxidized (black) or stone element are not recommend to take chemical jewellery cleaning solution or an ultrasonic cleaner.
Gemstones will slowly accumulate body oils and become dirty.  Please use non-abrasive soap with water to wash by your fingers. Not recommend to use polishing cloth on the surface of stones.

Orders are sent via courier service provided by SF Express.  When you order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail or WhatsApp with a tracking number, you can use the tracking number to locate your parcel on the courier website.  If you chose to pick up at the SF Express service point, you will receive SMS or phone notification from SF Express once the parcel is delivered to the service point as well.

Each item will be put into relevant brand exclusive paper box then pack into Atingo paper bag as gift packaging. It will well pack by stable mail order box for shipment. For security, the delivery note will be packed within the mail order box & no invoice will be attached.
